My Platform

The gridlock built into our representative government is not a flaw — it is a safeguard. Separations of power, checks and balances, and a legislature willing to stand against executive overreach are what keep government answerable to the people. I will fight to restore the legislature's rightful authority, including proper oversight of emergency powers that governors have too often abused.

Free and fair elections are the bedrock of our Constitutional Republic. Michigan has 8.3 million registered voters but only 7.9 million people of voting age — we must address this. Our voter roles are bloated!

Remove Michigan from ERIC membership

Strong families are the foundation of a thriving society. I will promote policies that strengthen the family and support parents.

The freedoms guaranteed by the United States Constitution are the foundation of our free society. I will vigorously defend these rights against any government overreach or attempts to restrict individual liberties.

Support legislation that restores the balance between the three branches of government

Every dollar the government takes is a dollar out of your family's pocket. Property taxes in Michigan mean you are effectively renting your home from the government — even after it is paid off. That is not true ownership. I will fight to eliminate property taxes and reduce the income tax burden so that Michigan families and businesses can keep more of what they earn.

About Jason

I am a Software Engineer by trade and have been actively involved in local and state politics for over five years. My candidacy is built on a deep commitment to the principles that made America the greatest nation in history.

I have served as a Precinct Delegate for four years and have consistently advocated for transparency and accountability in our party and our politics. I was an alternate delegate to the 2024 Republican National Convention. I am also the Chairman of the Washtenaw County's GOP. In all of these positions, I have been a vocal advocate for election integrity and upholding our Constitutional Republic. That won't change when I get to Lansing — I will be a tireless advocate for the citizens of District 15.

I believe that professional politicians were never the aim of our founding fathers — it is time to return to a part-time citizen legislature.

Above all else, I am a man of faith. Everything I do flows from my devotion to Jesus Christ, and from that devotion I derive the honesty, integrity, and grace I bring to public life.
